Regional Waste Management provides Monthly RCRA Hazardous Waste (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) as well as Non RCRA Hazardous Waste pick up & disposal services.
CUPA Guidelines
All Hazardous waste pickup and disposal programs are in accordance with the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) guidelines and requirements for HSC 25135 as well as EPA / RCRA guidelines for “cradle-to-grave” system for managing hazardous waste.
DTSC Compliant
Regional Waste Management will ensure that all DTSC (Department of Toxic Substance Control) regulations are followed in compliance as a Transporter 1 / Transfer station of RCRA Hazardous waste and Non-Hazardous waste.
Hazardous Classification Labeling
Regional Waste Management can provide your team with all of the necessary tools to ensure that your facility follows all regulatory guidelines for Hazardous waste storage and disposal protocols. Our team will provide the correct Hazardous waste classification labelling as well as the Accumulation date labels to ensure proper documentation procedures are being followed at all times.
